1. Shipping Information

Domestic (USA) Shipping

However, please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary depending on various factors such as shipping carrier performance, destination location, and any unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

 

  • For customers outside the USA, transit times can vary significantly. Typically, orders are delivered within 1 - 4 weeks, but this is subject to the destination country's customs procedures and local postal services. We cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes as packages may occasionally experience delays in customs clearance.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility and Timeframe

 

  • Merchandise purchased from an authorized Bazivve retailer can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a full refund, you must ship back all items that were included in your initial purchase.

Cosmetic Product Returns

 

  • Cosmetic items related to shaving, such as shaving cream, aftershave lotion, or any other similar products, must be returned with at least 80% of the product remaining to qualify for a refund.

Exchange Policy and Warranty Coverage

 

  • Items eligible for exchange under our manufacturer warranty may be returned within 12 months. If you are outside the 14-day money-back satisfaction guarantee period, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Return Shipping Instructions

 

  • Returned merchandise must be provided to the shipping carrier (such as USPS or other applicable carrier) within the specified timeframes. International customers are required to return the merchandise at their own expense using a traceable shipping method. Items returned after the outlined timeframes may be rejected for a refund or exchange by our customer service team. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Returning Electric Shavers for Repair or Exchange

 

  • If you are sending back an electric shaver for repair or exchange, please only send back the shaver handle (unless otherwise instructed). The shaver handle contains the motor and battery that powers the unit. You do not need to send back the shaver blades, rinse stands, travel cases, charger, or any other accessories you received. Bazivve LLC is not responsible for these additional items if they are sent in. We will only replace the shaver handle/motor/battery, which is covered under warranty. Shaver blades and accessories are not covered.

Processing Times for Returns and Exchanges

 

  • If you are exchanging an item, please allow an additional 5 - 7 business days to receive your replacement item once our warehouse receives the returned product. Once your item is received for a refund, it will take 3 - 5 business days for us to process the return and issue the refund back to your original method of payment
