  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
  • Shipping Time: Standard Shipping takes 7 to 14 business days.
  • International Shipping: Available. Please proceed to checkout to see additional options.

2. Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

 

  • We take pride in our products and want you to be satisfied. All non-consumable products carry a 14-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from Bazivve.com or have a defective issue, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of your receipt of the product.
  • For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies. Please contact them directly for more information. Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer are not covered by our return policy.
  • If you wish to return part of your order, we will refund the purchase price of each item from your original order, less any shipping fees.

How To Process A Return, Exchange Or Warranty

 

  • If at any point in the first 14 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new shaver, return it for a full refund or exchange. Click the "Return or Exchange" button on our website to start the process automatically.
  • If you need to file a warranty claim and it's been more than 14 days but less than 1 year, please click the "Warranty Claim" button on our website to start the process.
  • Products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Consumable products (shaving oil, aftershave, shave gel, skincare, etc.) cannot be returned for a refund if unsealed or used.
  • Our return policy is applicable only to orders placed on https://bazivve.com.
  • Please note that our return policy does not apply to single refill replacement blades, monthly subscriptions and recurring charges, or extra accessories for the shaver device. Single refill replacement blades, monthly subscriptions, and extra accessories are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping labels are not provided by Bazivve at this time.
