We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our Bazivve Shaver products. All non-consumable products come with a 14-day return and exchange policy. If you are not content with a product purchased from Bazivve.com or encounter a defective issue, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. For products bought from an authorized dealer, their return policy will prevail. Please reach out to them directly for further details. Products acquired from an unauthorized retailer are not covered by our return policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. How To Process A Return, Exchange Or Warranty
Should you decide within the first 14 days that you are not completely satisfied with your new shaver, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. If you need to file a warranty claim and it has been more than 14 days but less than 1 year, please click the "Warranty Claim" button on our website.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in like-new condition along with the original packaging. Consumable products (such as shaving cream, aftershave, skincare products related to shaving, etc.) cannot be returned for a refund if they have been unsealed or used.

Please be aware that our return policy does not cover single refill replacement blades, monthly subscriptions and recurring charges, or extra accessories for the shaver device. Single refill replacement blades, monthly subscriptions, and extra accessories are non-refundable.
